Carol A. Szczepanik
I have been practicing law since 1981. From October, 2013, until I opened up my own firm in January, 2018, I was associated with Victoria Nagy & Associates, LPA, in Newbury, Ohio. My current practice is located at 10808 Kinsman Road in Newbury, Ohio. Prior to joining Victoria Nagy & Associates in 2013, I was employed for over 30 years as an attorney for the federal government. In that position I handled federal civil tax litigation and was involved in the prosecution of federal criminal tax and money laundering prosecutions. I received a B.S. degree in accounting from Lake Erie College; a law degree from Cleveland State University Marshall College of Law, and an LLM in Taxation from Case Western Reserve University Law School. Previously, I was an adjunct professor at Case Western Reserve University Law School and am currently on the faculty of the University of Akron where I have been teaching a course on Federal Tax Crimes and Procedure since 2006.
